Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

GROUP BUY TERMS OF SERVICE 

 

OVERVIEW

 

The group buy terms of service is applicable to those purchasing products that are expressly and / or explicitly noted as group buy products, in the description or title of the item. By purchasing products in the group buy categorization, you are bound by the following terms and conditions (“group buy terms of service”, “Terms of Service”) under the two primary headings of “GROUP BUY TERMS OF SERVICE” and “TERMS OF SERVICE”. All information under the heading “GROUP BUY TERMS OF SERVICE” will apply when orders that include products that are sold through a group buy model are purchased. 

 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS

 

Products and services offered under the group buy model are not yet produced at the time of purchase. The product title and description supersede any information regarding or pertaining to the product available in photographs and drawings on the website in addition to any information acquired from outside of the website and/ or from third parties. You are responsible for understanding a product as well as the nature of delivery when purchasing a group buy product. 

Photographs of the product or models are for your own reference only and are subject to change without notice. Color representation may vary based upon the display that is used to view the photograph or drawing and may differ from real life.  

Each product is manufactured and involves the human aspect at many points in production. Due to this, not every product will be of perfect nature. We do not guarantee a product that will be visually, physically, or mechanically error free. By purchasing a group buy product you are taking all responsibility of risks involved in manufacturing and delivering the product. 

SECTION 2 - ORDER CHANGES, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS

 

All group buy orders may not be changed or adjusted under any circumstances due to discrepancies being created when doing so. You are able to cancel your order and place a new one. All order cancellations are subject to a 3% restocking fee under all circumstances. Once the group buy period, as defined by a set span of dates on the website ends, orders that include group buy items may not be canceled. Group buy items may not be returned under any circumstances as products are made to order on a case-by-case basis and are not suitable for resale to other customers. 

SECTION 3 - ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)

 

Estimated time of arrival (“ETA”, “ETAs”) are only estimates and do not define the delivery date of a product or service provided by us. Arrival time of products may be impacted by shortage of raw materials, fires, labour troubles of any kind, accidents, breakdown of machinery, government acts of any kind, failure of manufacturers, subcontractors or suppliers to deliver materials or supplies or to provide services as agreed or contemplated by past dealings, transportation difficulties of any kind, acts of God, acts of Buyer or anything reasonably beyond our control, whether or not presently occurring or contemplated by either party. We reserve the right to modify timeframe, allocate inventory to customers, and deliver products in installments. 

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP

 

The product will only be delivered to the address on file. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on a product. All orders with duty unpaid are considered abandoned. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred on product handling by the carrier. We are not responsible for any failure of delivery if shipping information provided by the customer (including but not limited to address, phone number, or contact information) is inaccurate. We are not responsible for failure of delivery due to any acts the buyer is responsible for. 

 

Address on file may be modified or changed in the account page. We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies of addresses changed through email. Addresses may only be changed by the party with which the order is placed under. 

 

Products that are purchased in the group buy process are made-to-order products. They may not be returned or exchanged in any circumstances due to the personal nature of the product. We will not facilitate the change in ownership of a product before it is delivered to the address on file.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your physical address, email address, phone number, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We are not liable for any failure of delivery due to inaccurate information shown on the buyer’s account page. Buyers are responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.  We reserve the right to change the carrier while maintaining delivery timeframe on a case-to-case basis.
